1. Local-First Application Architecture

The VeylixOP desktop client operates on a local-first execution model. When you use VeylixOP to tune system performance, monitor hardware diagnostics, or optimize thread scheduling:

All scripts, registry checks, and power scheme queries execute strictly within your local machine's operating system sandbox.
VeylixOP does not collect, transmit, or store keystrokes, personal files, browser histories, or game credentials.
Hardware diagnostics (CPU model, GPU model, RAM capacity) are processed in real-time in memory and are never transmitted to external servers.

2. Official Discord Bot Integration & Verification

In connection with our community support services on Discord (https://discord.gg/ZWG9bYWQER), the official VeylixOP Discord Bot operates under the following standards:

Data Accessed & Processed by the Discord Bot:

User IDs & Usernames: Used strictly to identify users issuing slash commands, manage support ticket channels, and assign community roles.
Server (Guild) IDs: Processed to identify the authorized server environment where bot commands are invoked.
Command Interactions: Ephemeral interaction data needed to respond to bot queries (such as troubleshooting commands, benchmark comparisons, and server notifications).

Data Not Accessed or Collected:

The Discord bot does not read or store private direct messages (DMs) unrelated to bot command prompts.
The bot does not harvest message contents across server channels or track user activity outside of explicit bot interactions.

3. Zero Sale of Data & Third-Party Disclosure

We maintain a strict zero-sale policy:

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade any user or Discord data to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties.
Data is never shared with external tracking vendors or marketing agencies.
Data is only processed as strictly necessary to deliver customer support and maintain server functionality.

4. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

We retain ephemeral interaction logs only for the minimum duration required to maintain operational stability and prevent spam:

Interaction Records: Bot command interactions are stored in memory or temporary rotation logs and are automatically purged.
